Abstract
A recent MBA graduate lands her dream job in Sao Paulo working as a consultant in the Brazilian office of an American company. While she finds the job and country to be very interesting, unexpected challenges, mainly sexual harassment, make the assignment too difficult to handle. The case explores cross-cultural gender roles and legal issues in international assignments.
