A Note oN Questionable Payments in Business

This note will focus mainly on bribery in relation to some of the other payments. For instance, the following general questions can be asked:
· When is a tip or a gift more like a bribe?
· What is the difference between extortion and a bribe?
· Can routine perks and entertainment expenses become “bribe-like” or “extortion-like”?
