Abstract

We know people are the common element in every organisation and are responsible for the innovations and accomplishments of organizations People are not inanimate resources like as land or capital but are human resources. The role of human resource management has thus changed through time. This article analyses the status of Job satisfaction of management level workers of Glaxo Smith Klein and finds that employees are satisfied on all of the job satisfaction indicators except training, the pension scheme and family accommodations.
