Abstract

Bangladesh is an agricultural country having over 140 Millions of people. It cannot accommodate its growing population. However, there is dearth of skilled manpower in Bangladesh both in technical and management areas. So different institutions were set up to develop skilled Manpower for the sake of fulfills the gap of skilled industrial and other sectors work force. This paper will only deal with the educational facilities, infrastructures, and well-designed strategies available for improving management and technical skills of human resources in Bangladesh. The main areas of management skill development of human resources are general, personnel, and financial management. Skill developments in these are essential for industrial development of Bangladesh.
