Abstract
Frontiers of Tax Reform is a collection of essays by tax theorists who are advocating, in one way or another, major changes in the federal tax law. Although the essays are theoretically sophisticated and invaluable to academic theoreticians, the review concludes that the essays' connections to the real world of policy-making are tenuous.
