Abstract
This is a translation from English to Lithuanian, with both texts side-by-side, of one of the most famous contracts cases, Lucy v. Zehmer, 196 Va. 493 (Supreme Court of Virginia 1954).
It is indeed probably the single most important cases on the question of intent and the subjective-objective divide.
