Abstract

The transfers of virtual goods are emergent activities in virtual worlds like Massively Multiplayer Online Game. These activities have a huge impact outside of their virtual environments. However, as long as the legal nature of the virtual goods is not established, the legal frame of the supervision and the protection of their transfer cannot be set up.
