Abstract
The Global financial crisis has leaded the world into downsizing of its various activities and the worst part of it was retrenchment of employees. Statistics says that about 30 Million people will loose their jobs in this year. So retrenchment has become a part of our life, so we should be ready to cope up with this and try to overcome it. This paper provides some tips to manage retrenchment.
