Abstract

This article reviews the interplay of two statutes, the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act and the Full Faith and Credit for Child Support Orders Act. These jurisdictional statutes relating to family support are somewhat redundant of one another and may fail to operate perfectly in tandem, as a series of hypothetical fact patterns illustrates.
