Abstract

This article is the second annual review of the decisions of the Arizona Supreme Court, covering the period from July 1, 1998, to July 31, 1999. An annual review provides a current picture of the full scope of the court's work - the subject matter of the cases it decides, the sources of law used in deciding them, and the general character of the issues under review. Extensive substantive treatment of all of the decisions is provided in this annual review by student-authored works. Preceding the analytical treatment of the court decisions, a summary statistical analysis of the past year is also provided.
