Abstract
The people living in the present Bangladesh have got their distinctively different cultural identity, language and also Architecture. When the land was under Indian subcontinent (up to 1947) and then, Pakistan (1947-1971) there was no scope for the development of its distinctively different Architectural style. Now, it is high time for this independent country to think of its own Architectural style.
