Abstract

Open Congress was an event held at Tate Britain in October 2005. Organized by the Critical Practice Research Cluster at Chelsea College of Art and Design, London, the event not only addressed open access in the context of artistic development and cultural production but also applied those principles to the very nature of the conference itself.
