This issue of the Hispanic Economic Outlooks contains the following articles:

- Hispanic Employment Conditions - Recession, Return Migration, and Remittances - Hispanic Self Employment versus Paid Employment in the 2000s

Formed in early 2009, the Hispanic Economic Outlook was designed to monitor and report on a host of Hispanic economic issues on a quarterly basis. The reports will regularly feature Hispanic employment conditions, while other topics will vary.
