Abstract

In this extra appendix we show that (a) the key group problem is not equivalent to the sequential key sector problem; (b) there is a close link between the key group problem and the fields of influence approach; (c) the results of the key group problem in the standard input-output (IO) setting are invariant to the netting out of intrasectoral transactions for any factor other than gross output. Further, our MATLAB program for implementing the key group problem is provided.
