Abstract

This economic note proposes the uses of mathematical economics modeling in real time to build the minimum food security quota (MFS-Quota) for any country. The final objective to build the minimum food security quota (MFS-Quota) is to find how much food any country need to storage by year for any eventual national disasters: natural or social disaster.
