Abstract

This Wall Street Journal Op-Ed piece argues that international law is insensitive to both justice and effective deterrence in its formulation of use-of-force rules by victims of unlawful aggression, and that this undermines its moral credibility and, ultimately, justice, security, and stability in the world.

Keywords: Israel, International Law, use-of-force rules, unlawful aggression, justice, deterrence, security
