Abstract

This editorial appeared in the daily newspaper for Prince George's County, Md. The author makes the point that Robert Ehrlich's positions when running for Maryland governor against Democratic nominee Kathleen Kennedy Townsend were directly contrary to Democratic policies and voting records. Examples used are Ehrlich's positions on education, environmental standards, gun control, criminal justice issues, as well as his voting record to reduce government spending and aid to programs in these areas.
