Abstract
While the use of small to medium-sized groups has long been a feature of Swedish law faculties, one may still find differences in the models of teaching. The paper examines changes made to case-based teaching since autumn 2008 in the course Public International Law. The course is part of the second term of the law programme at Stockholm University. The purpose is to evaluate whether the changes provided a remedy to issues that were perceived as problems by both students and teachers.
