Abstract

This paper (in French) reviews the work of the International Law Commission at its 60th session. Topics review include reservations to treaties, the responsibility of international organisations, shared natural resources, expulsion of aliens, effects of armed conflicts on treaties, the obligation to extradite or prosecute, the protection of persons on the event of disasters and the immunity of state officials from foreign criminal jurisdiction.
