Abstract

The rise and the struggles of Balrampur Chini in establishing itself as the market leader as a sugar manufacturing company. The paper documents the various triumphs and tribulations of the sugar company. The students will be able to elaborate different strategies undertaken by the company at the same time will develop fairly a good idea about the sugar industry. (CASE STUDY)
