Abstract

This 13-page 2010 CLE (continuing legal education) brochure is titled “How Successful Criminal Defense Attorneys Suppress Evidence.” It examines, from the defense perspective, how to successfully suppress evidence that was obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures and/or in violation of the Fifth Amendment privilege against compelled self-incrimination.
