Abstract

Perhaps one of the few real-life practical skills taught in law school is appellate advocacy. However, as most lawyers are aware, the opportunities to utilize and hone these law school-taught skills are infrequent because relatively few cases are appealed. Accordingly, it is the purpose of this Practice Tips to review briefly those skills learned long ago in the moot courtroom and to update them with some practical approaches.
