Abstract

Let's face it, lawyers are verbose. How often have we heard the fabrication "I only have two more questions, your Honor?" Why do we talk so much and write so much? Is more better?

The author goes on in this short article to discuss the merits of brevity in order to increase precision and effectiveness in attorneys' writing and communications.
