Abstract
This article focuses on the Obama administration's potential impact on environmental justice issues, particularly through EPA's Smart Growth program and partners. The article will also consider whether the new emphasis at EPA might be helpful in local communities, including UGA Land Use Clinic's client Newtown Florist Club of Gainesville, Georgia.
