Life after DOMA

Abstract
The constitutional vulnerability of the Defense of Marriage Act is becoming increasingly clear. However, DOMA has not been authoritatively construed and this article address some of the legal effects (and non-effects) of the Act's invalidation (on narrow grounds) or repeal.
