Abstract
This commentary is part of a symposium discussing the effects of affirmative action bans. The piece examines some of the empirical data offered in support of different policies, showing how the same data might be used to support diametrically opposed policies, and discusses some further research that would be helpful to shed light on the impact of differing admission policies.
