Abstract

All technological change in the recent years, the mobility of certain professions or some specializations endangered led to redundancies and to unemployment; labor force recognizes the importance of a career planning and the need of skills development. Thus, the individual must identify their skills and ability, aspirations and needs, to know what must be "improved" in his own person, to be prepared for a successful career and to think in the future.

This paper aims to remind the importance had by human resources in any society, especially on the labor market, and for that, are demanded people with education, professional skills and other abilities and qualities that offer better possibilities in ensuring a successful career for them.
