Abstract
Positive law is increasingly become relied upon to determine what is "right" in the commercial sector. There are several reasons for this including ethical ambiguity, technicality of business arrangements, unknowability of the rules due to their vastness, and widespread violations of the laaw by both role models and average persons. This trend is especially common in business.
