Abstract

99% of the time the police have probable cause to investigate or pull you over in your auto. This is a 1% case where the police did not have probable cause. Instead, the defendant was snatched off the street suddenly and hospitalized under the false pretense that she did not understand court proceedings, unable to cooperate with her lawyer, and unable to assist in her defense.
