Abstract
There has been much debate about the wisdom of calling an Article V Constitutional Convention. This piece -- which responds to Michael Stern's paper on the same topic -- cautions that some parameters should be considered prior to holding any such Convention. While the author is not inherently in favor of or opposed to the idea of an Article V Constitutional Convention, she holds some reservation about rushing in blindly. Key concerns include which Constitutional body, Article I, Article II or Article III, would ultimately have the last word on the breadth and workings of an Article V Convention.
