Abstract
The article discusses, inter alia, the admission of at-risk students in legal education and methods to address their unique needs. This process is discussed in the context of privacy and access concerns inherent to any cohort analysis in the educational context. As a consequence, the paper presents an analysis of FERPA and FOIA and the difficulty in obtaining data regarding admissions, affirmative action, admissions preferences, etc.
