Abstract
Juridische informatie is de laatste jaren in hoog tempo on line beschikbaar gekomen.
In recent years legal information has become available in increasing quantities. For the judiciary - a large-scale consumer of legal information - this offers interesting opportunities. At the same time though, all these new possibilities establish obligations for the judiciary to make their case law available in generous quantities and in a user-friendly way. This booklet offers an overview of the state of play, based on the distinction between web 1.0 (unilateral publication of information), web 2.0 (the participation web) and web 3.0 (the semantic web).
