Abstract
This article discusses the severe restrictions that the British government has put in place to prevent the practice of ambush marketing at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, and argues that United States law sufficiently addresses the concerns that the International Olympic Committee and its official corporate sponsors have regarding ambush marketing.
