'Being Becoming Belonging' Model for Thai Style Working Happiness

Abstract
Being Becoming Belonging Model is an explanation for working happiness creation in the view of human resource development (HRD) perspective. The model suggests three main elements; (a) characteristics of those who have working happiness, (b) methods of Being Becoming Belonging creation which include respecting, empowering, communicating, continuous learning and development, (c) results of employees' happiness such as making leaders beloved among employees, happiness is reflected in organization performance, and employees' family are well taken care of.
