Abstract

This article discusses merger remedies practice of the Estonian Competition Authority (ECA), identifies the degree of convergence with the EU merger remedies policy and analyses its responsiveness to the realities of a small market economy such as Estonia. The authors summarise the ECA’s experience with accepting structural and behavioral commitments and the problems related to their monitoring and implementation.
