Abstract

What makes the entrepreneurship among the academia so special? Do the world of science and the business live their own lives in the transition countries such as Bulgaria and Macedonia?

Starting with such issues the paper is to make a review on the problems and identify the fields for joint research in both countries. Much more the institutional framework and the individual drives for making a business related with the science achievements is regarded in the paper. Coming to the factors, the need for social capital is in focus and the educational aspects of laying the entrepreneurship as inter alia.
