Abstract

Here, through the inputs of several Buddhists practitioners, the author looks at the three treasures of Buddhism, chiefly the attempt, endeavor and possession of deep understanding and compassion, knowledge (Dharma) and like-minds and like-hearts (Sangha); he discusses the leadership lessons and insights that arise from understanding and practicing these three treasures.
