Abstract

This article discusses the ways that Texas Tech is working to comply with the rules and regulations of the NCAA and Big 12 Conference rules. Brian Shannon, the Faculty Athletic Representative for Texas Tech University, outlines the various responsibilities that institutional employees, coaches, student-athletes, and boosters must adhere to. The article points out three responsibilities: Education, Monitoring, and Enforcement.
