Abstract
The financing of infrastructure projects can be done with several financial instruments. However, one of the most commonly used is called Project Finance. This funding mechanism is usually used for the execution of large-scale projects. The multiplicity of stakeholders requires an operation that meets multiparty interests. This paper analyzes the main features of Project Finance, some terms commonly used and the risks triggered by this transaction.
