Abstract

This study is aimed at analysing computerized accounting system on service delivery in the banking sector. In an effort to accomplish this objective, both primary and secondary data were obtained and analyzed with the aid of table and simple percentage while the hypotheses formulated were tested using Chi-Square. The findings among others revealed that computerized accounting system has significant benefit on service delivery in the banking sector and also computerized accounting system guarantee a reliable banking sector. However, it has been recommended that banks should ensure that their human resources are effective and efficient to complement the computerization effort among the other recommendations.
