Abstract

This paper proposes a 3-Dimensional computer mapping simulator to evaluate the impact of different types of disasters under the uses of a chaotic environment. This simulator is called "The Integral National Security (INS) Simulator." Hence, the INS-simulator is interested to simulate the impact of different types of disasters such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, world economy crisis, social conflicts, pollution, epidemics, climate changes, collapse of energy sources. All these types of disasters simulation results will evaluate the economic and population impact in the same geographical space and time. At the same time, the INS-Simulator is available to give a list of possible options to prevent and reduce the damage of any disaster that was mentioned before. In our case we apply the INS-Simulator on the case of Singapore.
