In dit artikel wordt het arrest van het Hof van beroep van Brussel van 26 juni 1990 besproken, en wordt tevens een critische analyse gegeven van de rechtsleer met betrekking tot het zgn. 'Bigwood-probleem'.
This paper provides a short critical analysis of the doctrine regarding the Bigwood-problem, reiterating the jugdment of the Court of Appeal of Brussels, 26 June 1990.
