Abstract
This Article educates readers about the various pitfalls of using the Internet in an attempt to provide a partial solution to these types of problems. Some of the questions that this article attempts to answer are 1) Are computer-related crimes on the rise? 2) Or is the matter simply being blown out of proportion by the media? 3) What about our kids? 4) Are they more at risk than other segments of the population? 5) What needs to be done to address the problem?, and 6) What can the average home computer user do about it?
