Abstract
The bully goes beyond the schoolyard and enters the virtual world as minors are subjected to cyber-bullying with the growth of the internet. The suicide of victims of cyber-bullying has raised alarms worldwide. This is an analysis of the Indian law applicable to cyber-bullying in the light of the growth of this menace in India and the rest of the world.
