Russian Abstract: Подготовленный материал по теме: Организация и проведение комплексного мониторинга положения инвалидов в России в свете Конвенции ООН о правах инвалидов представляет собой пример теоретического осмысления проблем организации статистического учета инвалидов и инвалидности в Российской Федерации в свете требований Конвенции ООН о правах инвалидов с целью подготовки практических рекомендаций по созданию концепции комплексного мониторинга положения инвалидов в России.
English Abstract: Prepared material on the topic: "Organization and carrying out comprehensive monitoring of persons with disabilities in Russia in light of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities" is an example of a theoretical understanding of the problems of organizing statistical accounting disabled and disability in Russian Federation in the light of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to prepare practical recommendations for the creation of the concept of integrated monitoring of persons with disabilities in Russia.
