Abstract

The article focuses on the need of making natural law as the part of international law in reference to the case of Armenian Genocide. Topics discussed include laws related to the conduction of mass murders, actions of the government of the Ottoman Empire for the mass elimination of the Armenian citizens in the Turkish province of Eastern Anatolia and responsibility of the present Turkish Government for the Armenian massacre.
