Abstract
I wrote this article to publicize and document the widespread, but little-known, practice of Latino lynching. I discuss the number of such cases, the locations where they took place, the transgressions that motivated them, and the periods in which they broke out. I show what rendered them largely invisible to mainstream historians and discuss current social practices that are their equivalent.
