Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to Analysis of the effects of applying information technology and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. This study is practice in term of goal and is descriptive – survey in term of methodology. The statistical population of this study is manufacturing companies, Alborz drug, Sobhana drug and Sobhana oncology that include 848 employees. In order to determine sample size, Table used and 260 employees selected as sample members by random sampling method. The questionnaire was used to gather data. The Validity (content, convergent, divergent) and Reliability (Loadings factors, composite reliability coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of questionnaires showed that measurement tools have very good reliability and validity. In order to analyze data and conclude results, SMART-PLS used. The results of this study indicate that information technologies influence entrepreneurial orientation, also entrepreneurial orientation and information technology variables have meaningful effects on organizational performance. Also the results indicate that information technologies consider as moderating variable that increase effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. On the other hand, results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has Mediator role in the impact of information technology on organizational performance.
