Abstract
English Abstract: The Article analyses the main provisions of the European Union legislative reform in the field of trademark rights contained in the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trademarks and in the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 207/2009 on the Community trademark and their possible impact on Romanian trademark legislation, leading to its improvement.
Romanian Abstract: Articolul analizează prevederile propunerilor de reformă a dreptului Uniunii Europene în materia mărcilor prevăzute în Propunerea de Directivă a Parlamentului European și Consiliului pentru aproximarea legislației Statelor Membre privitoare la mărci și în Propunerea de Regulament a Parlamentului European și a Consiliului de reformare a Regulamentului nr. 207/1009 privind marca comunitară, având în vedere posibilul impact asupra legislației române privind mărcile, îmbunătăținrea și perfecționarea acesteia.
