Abstract
In five consolidated applications for judicial review (Dairy Processors Association of Canada v Dairy Farmers of Canada, 2014 FC 1054), the Federal Court of Canada ruled that a member of the Trade-marks Opposition Board erred in refusing the applicant's request for leave to amend its statement of opposition.
